Black Money, Corruption and Demonetisation

The last demonetisation was implemented in 1978 by withdrawing Rs 1000, Rs 5000, and Rs 10,000 notes that were in circulation. Every reform will have its merits and demerits. The question is whether the merits outweigh the demerits. A careful analysis is required to answer the question.
