Right to Food in India

The objective of this paper is to examine right to food in the Indian context. The right to food is analysed in terms of availability, accessibility, adequacy and sustainability. These are examined in terms of equity and justiciability. The study is different from the earlier studies on food security as it is based on human rights approach.
