Towards a Comprehensive Welfare State in South Korea: Institutional Features, A New Socio-Economic and Political Pressures, and the Possibility of the Welfare State

The paper also discusses some possible effects of the recent economic, social, and political pressures on the formation of a comprehensive welfare state in Korea. In addition, it argues the existing perspectives and the recent welfare policy changes in Korea.
