Role of National Food Security Mission (NFSM) in Improving Agricultural Productivity in Selected Districts
Published By: Planning Commission | Published Date: August, 01 , 2013A study was undertaken by the Council for Social Development with the sponsorship of Planning Commission, Government of India with the following specific objectives to analyse the impact of NFSM initiatives and other technological, infrastructural and policy factors in influencing the crop yields of rice, wheat and pulses in the selected districts and to suggest appropriate strategies and policies for improving crop yields for sustainable food security at the macro and micro levels.
