Prospects and Challenges of Out-Migration from South Asia and its Neighbouring Countries

It also provides a detailed review on labour rights issues and trade union responses to migrationrelated issues. It aims to help all concerned parties set up a policy framework as well as legal instruments to harness the benefits of labour migration and build a protection regime for migrant workers.
