Science Education for a Different India

Instead, it has to play a liberative role, a transformative role, a creative role - a humanistic role. This essay elaborates the history of the science education movement in India, with special reference to the Kerala Sastra Sahitya Parishat. The author also talks about the development of what can be termed 'education enterprises' across the world, and what these industries portend for education.
