Land of exclusion: India exclusion Report 2013-14

The report seeks to track and map the extent to which central and state governments in India have succeeded in ensuring access to a range of basic public goods for all people. This report argues that the duty of the state to either directly provision or else to ensure just, equitable and sustainable access to public goods, derives from constitutional and legal frameworks, and from universal moral frameworks.
