Budget for the Rich to get Richer and throw Crumbs to the Poor

In this article, the author parses the budget statement to test whether the growth inspired by this budget will indeed contribute to job creation and poverty elimination; and whether this rate of growth will introduce stability in the economy and what its
distributional consequences will be for the working class.
