Status Report of Child Rights in India

Over 17% of the world’s children live in India. People often refer to children as ‘future citizens’, and not as citizens of today. Children must be seen as individuals with their own rights, views and opinions. This report analyses key developments and trends in the child rights space, and recommends national policy-level priorities and strategies for ensuring the rights of all children in India.
