Supreme Court Orders on the Right to Food: A Tool for Action

The Supreme Court orders can also be used to help people to understand that they are “entitled” to certain forms of public support as a matter of right. If people perceive these facilities as a matter of right, they are more likely to demand them and to insist on adequate quality.
