Next Steps.... Taking the Special Cell Process Ahead

What began as an experiment in Bombay fanned out across Maharashtra to Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh, and now takes roots in two new states - Madhya Pradesh and Haryana - with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
