Clinical Trials and Health Regulation in India

issues in the conduct of clinical trials. This is largely based on reports of
people being harmed when participating in a trial. While such violations in
clinical research must be highlighted and action taken on them, they cannot
be prevented without regulation and equity in the healthcare sector as a
whole.
